This meaty trailer for the second season of AMC’s The Walking Dead premiered this weekend at Comic-con, right before news hit that Frank Darabont is stepping down as showrunner, smack dab in the middle of making season two. Don’t worry too much, fangirls and boys – Darabont will be staying on in some consulting capacity, and judging by this trailer, there will most definitely be a whole lot more of what you love shambling your way.
The second season of The Walking Dead premieres October 16 on AMC.
