Well, this looks…cheap. And okay, yes, ABC Family is a notoriously low budget outfit, but still… Ouch.
But at least this second look is a bit better, though the exposition is rather painful.
Shadowhunters premieres January 12 on ABC Family (soon to be re-branded as Freeform) (eye roll).
Yeah, the first look doesn’t look great. But I think they’re trying really hard to appeal to a certain audience with that and I hope that the show is better than the first look. Like the first look is more glitzy and shallow but then the show will wind up being awesome.
Maybe…?? hopefully?
Dream big! Lol. Tho I seriously doubt it has the budget it would need to be awesome – brace yourself for painful VFX…
